The planning program identified the implementation of a mixed-function food processing and manufacturing facility on the Client’s property.

To manage the production of food products of different types in a separate building unit required a great deal of professional attention.

The processing of snails, from delivery to the storage of the finished boxed product, is a complex and complicated technological process that cannot be automated in its entirety and requires considerable professional supervision and attention. In contrast, the production of semi-finished frozen bakery products is designed as a fully automated process requiring minimal professional supervision. in this case, the challenge was not only to ensure strict food safety standards, but also to properly service the automated process and to organise the space in an ideal and economical way.

The building mass is designed to fit the functional layout, complemented by an administrative office block. Both the layout of the site and the location of the industrial building were determined by optimal logistical needs.
