There is currently no established zoning for the industrial park in Matészalka. The building was placed on the plot in such a way as to allow for parking for guests and the possibility of a hall extension in a later development phase.

The planning site is located in the industrial park of Mátészalka. The main aim of the massing, use of materials and architectural thinking was to design a contemporary building, taking into account local values. In line with these ideas and the local building regulations, we have created a hall building with a solid mass that fits in well with the industrial park, with a mass that is structured in terms of mass, but still typical of industrial buildings.
